Experience
I was an ER Senior Officer at MR. D.I.Y GROUP (M) Berhad, where I handle disciplinary cases and performance appraisal for blue-collared employees at the central region (Kuala Lumpur and Selangor). I also assist my colleagues in the east coast region with employee relations cases, such as drafting show cause letters and warning letters. Additionally, I support the recruitment team in relocating and transferring employees to different locations.
Prior to this, I was a Recruitment Coordinator (Contract) at Korn Ferry, where I conducted recruitment for engineers as well as organized mass-hiring recruitment for technicians and warehouse supervisors. I performed full life-cycle recruitment from selecting candidates, phone-screening, shortlisting and scheduling interviews to composing job offer letters and preparing medical pre-employment form. I was also responsible for entering new employee information such as contact information and employments forms through ICIMS and Payroll Advice.
I began my career as a Human Resources Intern at Spirit AeroSystems (M) Sdn Bhd, where I handled preparation of Domestic Inquiry (DI), disciplinary issues and processes, IR cases, employee leave and absenteeism record, and tracking employees' covid cases.
