At Conduent Business Services India Llp, I have been part of the Process Consulting team where I assumed the responsibility of Creating/designing process maps/process models and other process simulations for Back Office operations.

  • Recognizing the legal ramifications of retirement plans, family law, and QDRO-related federal regulations. Understanding ERISA and the guidelines and requirements for various retirement plans, such as 401(k)s, pension plans, and other qualified retirement accounts, are part of this.
  • Administers 401(k) plan including quarterly enrolment, annual compliance testing, annual audits, government filings, hardship withdrawals and QDRO requests.
  • Work with service providers to prepare letters related to divorce proceedings, qualified domestic relations orders (QDROs), and/or other court ordered/legally required notices presented to St. Luke’s University Health Network pension plans.
  • Drafting QDROs in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and customized for the specific retirement plan. ensuring that the rights of the alternate payee, the distribution of benefits, and other crucial information are clearly outlined in QDROs.
  • Comparing different retirement plans to find the best way to divide assets while ensuring fairness and adhering to the law. ensuring that all necessary legal documentation is correctly and promptly prepared to obtain court and plan administrator approval. Filing QDROs with the relevant court and retirement plan administrators. Interacting with clients, their legal representatives, and plan administrators to gather necessary information, explain QDRO procedures, and address any questions or concerns.
  • Tracking QDRO approvals and ensuring that QDROs are implemented and administered by retirement plan administrators properly. Resolving disagreements or conflicts that may occur during the QDRO process, working with all parties to arrive at fair solutions.
  • Developed, monitored, and controlled Back Office processes for new products, processes, or changes. Provided support for process-related initiatives and projects. Process mapping to update processes to current standards. Managed process changes requests from different business lines and departments. Developed project plans and timelines to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Developed thorough use cases and models for business processes, allowing development teams and stakeholders to communicate easily. To ensure alignment with business objectives, I oversaw workshops and presentations to help non-technical stakeholders understand complex technical concepts.
