I am a raw to be graduated student and I would like to start my working career with a company like yours. I have a good foundation of knowledge of all the required subjects. Though I may be a fresher, I am a very quick learner and also I am highly trainable.

These two skills allow me to learn new techniques, skills very fast and they also help me to adjust in quickly.

I have some fresh ideas which might help your company’s development and growth.

As i worked as administration supervisor i had to regulate attendant that i had generalised this policy and made sure everyone followed which included me as well. Like to elaborate
'We require employees to follow their assigned work schedules based on their work status as determined by a contract of employment or based on decisions made by supervising staff members. Employees should arrive at work at the correct time and maintain a consistent work schedule. Employees must communicate when they will not be at work due to illness or emergency situations. Communication is key to maintaining an honest work environment where employees notify leadership of their situation when they cannot report to work. 

 I am a final year student of USW University NEWPORT, currently pursuing my degree in MBA GLOBAL with HR specialization.

I have strong organizational skills with great attention to detail. In addition I am friendly and outgoing. I have been commended for my ability to make people feel comfortable which is definitely an asset in the Human desired field. I would love the opportunity to join the Human Resources staff at office as an HR Trainee so that I could contribute my knowledge skills and personal attributes.
