Channels Content Manager | Sporting Group   (London, June 2015 – November 2023)

• Led a small team, within the Marketing department, who worked shift patterns in a hybrid fashion, to make sure every day of the week was covered. I had to delegate a multitude of daily/regular B2C & B2B tasks (as well as performing these myself)
• I organised and transformed the team’s shift patterns so that both early AM and late PM B2B tasks (included sports schedule and diary send outs to partners and maintaining content on Canadian websites) were performed in an accurate and timely fashion. This overall expanded daily shift pattern also meant that B2C & internal business tasks were maintained and completed to a high standard.
• Liaised with cross-functional teams (designers, trading members, product leaders and outside SEO specialists) to make sure decision-making processes ran smoothly and effectively as possible. Regular conversations with other teams’ members also led to us pushing more relevant promotions and markets, rather than using a generic approach.
• I developed and maintained schedules for various content locations on multiple sites (including social media posts) so that the most relevant markets and features were always highlighted and promoted. Included the construction of daily site and social media content graphics using Photoshop. The number of daily regular social media posts were increased, and we encompassed a more widespread sports coverage.
