Experience

My previous expereince is managing my own sports clinic in London Bridge. 

I am an easy going person with extensive work expereince in management and directorial, looking for general manager and HR positions to broaden my skills l in the cooperate field. I am also currently in my final year studying Master in Sports business and Leadership at Loughborough University London.

Operational Excellence: Assist with daily operation, ensuring efficient service, quality control and welcoming environment for both guests and team members.

Leadership: provide guidance to the patient, motivating and straning staff to maintain high standards at all times.

Customer service: focus on guest satisfaction, handling concerns and upholding service Excellence.

Financial management: support budget planning, control Costs, manage stock, and implement cost saving strategies.

Scheduling: create efficient staff to meet business needs and targets.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety regulations.
