As an experienced Learning, Talent and People Development professional with 10 years of
experience, my dynamic approach to understanding business needs has resulted in positive changes
in organisational culture and growth in agile learning.
With my excellent technical and design skills, both in person and using digital learning, I have
helped scale learning projects and streamline critical processes. This is alongside my extensive
experience working with multinational employee populations to facilitate across hybrid environments.
Using creative methods of developing and promoting training, I have worked and trained to the
highest of leadership levels. I enjoy utilising my skills and experience to elevate the necessity of
