I done a project for a School Management App that facilitates online class attendance and homework maintenance and I designed a mobile app called 'PRONTO' for booking local train tickets. I initiated user research, which included user interviews and observational studies.

Education

I completed my MS in Human-Computer Interaction and done my project on designing an Indoor Navigation App for a massive library, featuring an embedded AR (Augmented Reality) feature. Understanding how users navigated through the library was challenging, as they were not familiar with the indoor navigation app. To address this challenge, I employed prototype testing and card sorting techniques to gain insights into user behavior and develop an intuitive and user-friendly app.
