An experienced Project/ Programme Manager with a proven track record of success in the Finance, Retail, Information Technology, Utility and Telecommunications market sectors.  Have worked across both Public and Private business sectors.  Providing planning, implementation and budget delivery controls to deliver consistently improved project and programme performance. 

Striving to ensure all projects are delivered in a successful manner working with the business and support teams with minimal impact to the business.  Results oriented and customer focused, with excellent relationship management skills at all management levels. 

Experienced in stakeholder management, risk and issue management, change management, delivering projects to meet client expectations, maintaining cost control, subcontract procurement and management, turning around failing projects, multiple project management, budget management.

Experience

  • Successfully managed business change driving through a number of key Infrastructure and Application projects that include Hardware refreshes, Operating Systems (Server & Desktop), Microsoft 365 deployment, Mail, End User Applications and Security Applications including Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions across global Data Centres.
  • Successfully delivered IT business change utilising a mix of offshore and onshore resources along with 3rd party resources and also 3rd party management.
  • Successfully delivered initial fit-out of a Green field data centre, providing both network (WAN and LAN) and Infrastructure.
  • Established a project management team to deliver bespoke fibre solutions for H2O Networks including implementing processes and procedures.
  • Established and maintained internal and external relationships with the main client BT during the management of multiple geographical Core Fibre projects totalling £25m pa for Enterprise Managed Services.
