Sophie Price

Hello, I'm Sophie Price. I'm currently looking for a permanent job within the kitchen. Hoping to look for an opportunity with experience to gain career progression.
Perferably as a trainee or commis chef. I live in Weymouth, so public transport would be my way to travel.  
My skills would consist of:
• Time keeping/Time management - Arriving to work on time for shifts. Welcome to cover for others when available. And completing certain tasks on time.
• Always completing tasks when they have been given to me to the best of my ability.

October 2023 - December 2023 Little Dishes, St Thomas St.  Kitchen Assistant (part-time).  Preparation and cooking of food in a tapas style.  Cleaning of kitchen.
March 2023-May 2023 Southside bar and grill - at waterside caravan park.  0 hours contract. Duties included mopping surfaces and salad preparation. 
2020-2023 Avenue restaurant. The Avenue restaurant is attached to the catering department of 
Weymouth college. The restaurant is open to the general public, and provides lunches, evening 
meals, gala meals and buffets. All practical training for the course was given in the restaurant. 
Duties would include preparation of dishes, cooking dishes, serving the customers, and 
bartending. 
2020-2023 Waitressing for social club cream teas and kitchen assistant for roast dinners at 
Weymouth C&U Club

2015-2020 Weyvalley academy - Grade 4 pass in English and Maths including food technology
2020-2023 Weymouth college - Level 1,2 and 3 diploma in advanced professional cookery
