- Developed the ability to deliver exceptional service on all stations around the kitchen, whilst displaying the excellent communication skills needed in a fast-paced environment.

- Promoted to Crew Trainer in 2018. Responsible for training and developing new staff, ensuring they met the rigorous standards of food hygiene and safety, as well as station proficiency. 

- Responsible for completing a weekly quota of station observation checklists and staff monitoring.

- Awarded 1x Employee of the Year and 3x Employee of the Month.
