    Description
    We are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team in Somerton, Somerset.
    This is a full-time permanent position, covering 40 hours per week over five days.

    You will also be part of a weekend rota, covering 1:3 Saturday mornings, with time in lieu given the following week.

    Somerton is one of our newest clinics but is a well established and community focussed clinic in Somerset.

    Close to Langport, Yeovil and Taunton you're based in beautiful Somerset countryside with good road, rail and air links to the rest of the UK.

    The team have served the community for many years and have a strong client base.

    The clinic is a beautiful building in the centre of Somerton with period features and characted in every room The clinic is well equipped with digital xray, ultrasound, inhouse laboratory machines, multiparameter anaesthetic monitor and many nursing aids.

    CPD:
    £750 per year plus 2 days' paid leave

    Deliver patient monitoring and care.
    Manage admissions and discharges as directed by the Veterinary team.
    Deliver professional excellence, complying with all regulatory, practice and operational standards.
    RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse.
    Experience of supporting Nurse consults, with an understanding of how this contributes to practice performance and efficiency.
