Programme Coordinator - Hybrid


Salary:
£17.50 per hour


Do you have programme coordination experience and an interest in higher education? Our client is a leading business school searching for a Programme Coordinator to provide logístical, programme managerial and planning support within programmes at the university.

This role requires availability for occasional travel, evening and weekend work where required.

Programme Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with professors, speakers, and participants on all administrative aspects
  • Ensure top customer service to programme stakeholders and to the participants
  • Liaise with internal support services including IT, catering, facilities
  • Ensure the School overall and the teaching rooms are logístically set up for each programme
  • Put together handbooks, folders when necessary and welcome packs
  • Manage the online platform (Blackboard) for each programme, in addition to the internal student database Aurion
  • Collate professors' biographies, produce consolidated programmes feedback evaluations, etc
  • Maintain an archive of all programmes delivered in order to constantly improve and better standards
  • Closely work with the Finance department on financial/administrative matters such as create and update the Profit and Loss Statements for each programme, provide budget projections from one year to another, raise POs and manage invoices and expenses
  • Report the Profit and Loss Statements for each programme, reporting to Director and Finance requests
  • Attend meetings with participants (actual and potential) upon request

Programme Coordinator Essentials:

  • Minimum of 12 months working in higher education
