    Description

    2024 is continuing to provide sustainablegrowth within OCU Group. Due to this continued growth anopportunity has arisen for an Administratorto join our team inDeeside.

    The purpose of the role is toprovideadministrativesupport to ourStreetworks department tohelpthem secure granted permits and manage tasks for all relevantorders andto enable us to deliver a high standard ofwork.

    Duties andResponsibilities:

    • Registeringworks upon completion.
    • Applying for TrafficManagement bus stop suspensions switch off/ons etc in relation toworks.
    • Data input into our works managementsystem.
    • Data inputting charges intoexcel.
    • Maintaining exceldocuments.
    • Managing shared inbox amongst theteam.

    SkillsandExperience:

    • Previousadministration experience.
    • A good standard ofIT skills including Microsoft office.
    • Strongteam player but also able to work as anindividual.
    • Ability to prioritise a variedworkload and demonstrate good time management to comply withdeadlines.
    • Able to work in a busy environmentunder pressure.
    • Excellent communication skills(email/phone/face to face).
    • Possess a can doattitude and provide to support to other members of the team asrequired.
