As a Field Service Engineer at Finning (UK) Ltd, you will respond to customer's field repair and service requests.
Working within Finning's industry-leading field service department for the largest CAT dealer in the UK and Ireland, you will be at the forefront of on-site diagnostic and repair capabilities for Caterpillar products.
You will need to have outstanding customer focus coupled with in-depth knowledge of plant equipment.The ability to attend sites, understand customer needs, and resolve mechanical or electrical issues in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner is essential.

Strong planning and organizational skills
Knowledge in the use of field-based diagnosis tools and equipment is essential. Heavy Earth Moving equipment operating knowledge is required.
LDV driving licence
Formally trained (NVQ Level 3 preferred) and served as a service engineer
