Description

The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 6 secondary schools, 14 primary schools, 1 all-through school, a Teaching School Hub, and School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider.

Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield, North Warwickshire and Coventry.

The Operations and Estates team at the Arthur Terry Learning Partnership, have exciting opportunities for Site Managers to support two school's site needs at Dunstall Park Primary and The Bridge Academy.

Dunstall Park is our brand new development located on the outskirts of Tamworth, opening in September 2024.

The one form entry school will be the heart of this brand new community; the 'go to' place for all our local residents who love where they live.

It caters for students from key stages 1 to 4 who have been permanently excluded from school, suffer with medical conditions including anxiety and also offers short programs for students who are presenting challenging behavior in their mainstream settings.

The ability and experience to ensure Trust policies, processes and procedures are followed at all times and that school sites are fully compliant with health and safety requirements.

Ensure high quality service delivery is maintained at all times, using Every system for logging, and managing of jobs and for statutory recording.

A willingness to learn as training will be given.
