    Principal Building Control Surveyor

    Major Projects

    Manchester - Home Based/Remote work

    Up to £68k

    This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team involved in groundbreaking projects, devoid of any historical baggage, and focusing solely on commercial and Major Projects. You will operate on various construction sites across Yorkshire and parts of East Manchester, engaging with clients to provide exceptional technical guidance throughout their projects. This newly established role, reporting to the Regional Director, seeks individuals with expertise in commercial projects, chartered with CABE or RICS and planned registration to class 3.

    The project portfolio includes diverse structures like hi-rise 18m buildings, hospitals, schools, industrial units, hotels, shopping centers, and office complexes.
