    Description

    Here at PH Water & Air Technologies, we're seeking an Office Assistant Manager to join our team based in Farnborough. If you have experience of managing the smooth running of an office that is fast-paced and you take immense pride in your ability to organise, devise, orchestrate and deliver to completion a myriad of tasks then this opportunity may just be for you.

    What we offer:

    We're looking to offer a salary between £30,000 - £35,000 for this role and are open to candidates of various levels. In addition, we offer a company pension, Accrued Hours Scheme, and a financial loyalty bonus. Our office hours are 8am-5pm Monday to Friday (100% office based)

    Key areas of responsibility:

    ·Take responsibility of the day to day running of the office, where you'll liaise with various internal and external departments/business areas including HR, IT, Insurance and procurement to name but a few. Our Social Media presence will also be a crucial element where you'll update continually various platforms

    ·You'll deal with a high volume of calls and emails, answering queries and produce correspondence & documentation accordingly which includes presentation records, spreadsheets and database information

    ·You'll manage our vehicle fleet, booking in services, taking accident reports, dealing with insurance claims and engineer/staff route logs, and assist in the implementation of our new software SimPRO.

    ·You'll also be the 'go to person' when accreditation audits are due along with updating our training matrix, areas of training required, booking of training courses, liaising with our training department, and supporting our Graduate Scheme. You'll also support the onboarding of new staff members

    Experience required for the role:

    ·Previous experience working within a similar role

    ·5-star organisational skills, a proactive approach to work and an exceptional ability to manage several different tasks at the same time

    ·Have a professional presence and a helpful manner where no job is too big or too small

    ·Engage fully and immerse yourself in the role, bringing your exposure to various Microsoft packages
