Job Description:
Our client is one of the biggest advertisers globally & in the UK they have the ambition of becoming the global digital lighthouse within their organisation.
To get us there, we need are looking for an expert analytics director to lead a team of six specialists in accelerating their efforts to unite our clients UK CRM & paid media data, to deliver customer-centric campaigns & integrated insights.
- Partner with both Samsung's internal teams & the Publicis crossagency teams to drive us towards our overall objectives of delivering endtoend journey orchestration, automated personalisation & customer centric comms & experiences.
- Succinctly tell stories that change marketing behaviour, delivering measurable business uplift
- Improve the crosschannel feedback loop between insight & recommendation, ensuring datainformed hypotheses form the foundation of all future activity
- Continue to refine & formalise an alwayson crosschannel & crossdivision testing programme
- Break down silos (internally & with the client), while effectively managing expectations (internally & with the client)
- Most importantly, you will need to be a great people manager, motivating & growing talent as well as a leading & inspiring your team to deliver robust & clever work that creates value
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Ability to navigate a client's internal silos as well work within an agency environment. Has a track record of working collaboratively with technology, strategy & creative teams
- Can demonstrate value of data driven programmes to stakeholders not from a data background
- Experience in managing performance marketing teams across acquisition, inlife & retention programmes
- Expertise in CRM, paid media, and onsite KPIs, ways of working
- Track record of extracting insights from data & using them to tell compelling stories to senior decisionmakers
- Ability to talk about & sell in a wide variety of work ranging from Data Visualisation, Media, CRM, Web & Social Analytics, Statistics, Data Sciences & Data Engineering
- Ability to see the bigger picture and to understand how different elements, teams and activities fit together to make clear strategic recommendations to clients
- Leadership and significant people management experience of driving teams to deliver great work, stay motivated and enjoy their jobs
