About the role:
This role has emerged due to an internal promotion.
As you report to the Corporate Finance Manager, your key responsibility will involve supporting the team in revising the Company's 30-year business plan. This includes collecting data, preparing plans, and presenting outputs.
About you:
We are seeking someone who can efficiently manage diverse data sources and transform them into a cohesive business plan. The ability to present financial data and interpretations to non-finance team members is crucial.
The ideal candidate should have the capacity to challenge colleagues when necessary to ensure accuracy in inputs. Additionally, a proactive approach and openness to understanding the social housing sector are essential.
While prior experience in the social housing field is advantageous, we offer extensive training to equip the right candidate with industry insights.
