    Reporting into the the Financial Controller, we are looking for a fully qualified or newly qualified Planning and Reporting Analyst to join the team which has responsibility covering group financial reporting, regulatory reporting and internal MI (UK and US GAAP).

    The ideal candidate will be qualified or newly qualified and would have had previous experience of working in Audit, and ideally exposure to the insurance sector.

    • Assist the FC with the production the quarterly US GAAP Underwriting Results Commentary for the LMD.
    • Assist the FC with the production the quarterly US GAAP Underwriting Outlook Commentary for the LMD.
    • Assist the FC with the quarterly US GAAP balance sheet review and commentary for the LMD.
    • Preparing the annual US & UK GAAP underwriting plans, quarterly reforecasts, calendarised Syndicate Business Forecast, and the 3 year Plan.
    • Assist the FC with the production of UK and German GAAP Underwriting commentary for the quarterly CFO Board reports of the Group.
    • Assisting with the preparation of annual statutory accounts for entities within the Group.
    • Performing Financial Reviews of insurance intermediaries for creditworthiness.
    • Assist the FC with the production of the UK GAAP quarterly outlook Underwriting commentary
    • Potential for exposure to the production of the Syndicate Business Forecast.

    Salary will be dependent upon experience.
