- Daily monitoring of process and quality data
- Drive TPM and NPD meeting
- Conduct root cause analysis using lean six sigma principles

Scantec Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a leading FMCG packaging manufacturing business near Gainsborough. Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to join their Technical team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business who are investing in their business.
For this role we are seeking a candidate with an Engineering degree, and 1 year min experience post-study.
Hours:
Monday to Friday
8.30am-5pm
About the role:
Reporting to the Senior Process Improvement Engineer, your day to day will focus on driving efficient production against the specified KPI's. This will involve a healthy balance between desk work (data analysis, root cause analysis, training, audits, writing report, SOP's etc) and providing leadership / driving change to the operators on the line.

We're seeking a candidate with an Engineering degree, with at least one year experience post-study, in a similar role within a production / manufacturing environment. Ideally experience of leading projects and examples of process improvements.
