About Our Client:

Working for a large Business services organisation.


Daily:


  • Cash allocation of payments in accurate and timely manner
  • Raising sales invoices and credit notes on a daily basis and posting onto accounts systems
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Banking cheques

Weekly:


  • Credit checker, new account credit vetting via credit insurance company
  • Stop lists
  • Raising proforma invoices
  • Group Exposure reporting
  • Suspended orders

Monthly:


  • Month end procedures
  • Sending out customer statements

The Successful Applicant:

We are looking for someone who is ideally immediately available or on 1 week notice.

You will have the practical knowledge to enable you to carry out the duties above.

You will be able to commit to a long term assignment of no less than 12 months.
