12 month FTC- hybrid working pattern
About Our Client:
Working for a large Business services organisation.
Daily:
- Cash allocation of payments in accurate and timely manner
- Raising sales invoices and credit notes on a daily basis and posting onto accounts systems
- Resolving customer queries
- Banking cheques
Weekly:
- Credit checker, new account credit vetting via credit insurance company
- Stop lists
- Raising proforma invoices
- Group Exposure reporting
- Suspended orders
Monthly:
- Month end procedures
- Sending out customer statements
The Successful Applicant:
We are looking for someone who is ideally immediately available or on 1 week notice.
You will have the practical knowledge to enable you to carry out the duties above.
You will be able to commit to a long term assignment of no less than 12 months.
