    Package Details:

    We offer a competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £35,000 per annum, along with the following benefits:

    Purpose of the role:

    As MLP Wealth Management continues to grow and onboard new clients while servicing existing ones, we are looking to expand our admin team to provide crucial support.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Administrators will collaborate closely with our IFAs to handle general admin tasks and case management. A senior administrator will also oversee the day-to-day office operations.

    Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    • Assisting the administration team in gathering policy information
    • Supporting various projects such as Mifid annual reviews and client campaigns
    • Aiding Advisers in report writing, including Annual review letters
    • Providing general admin assistance
    • Directly communicating with clients and conducting reviews
    • Building and nurturing client relationships
    • Identifying and converting business opportunities

    The Ideal Employee:

    Desired Skills/Experience

    • Experience in wealth management admin support
    • Proficiency in Back-office systems like X-Plan, FE Analytics, Cashcalc, and provider platforms such as Quilter and Transact
    • Strong knowledge of pensions and investments
    • Excellent communication abilities
    • Relevant professional qualifications
    • General administrative skills
    • A solid understanding of FCA regulations and the workings of financial services firms
    • Highly proficient in IT

    Experience required: Minimum of 1 year in financial planning admin roles.
