- To undertake Diagnostic Investigation on motor vehicles, mainly Fiat , Alfa and Jeep ICE, Hybrid and Fully Electric to the highest standard to meet company and franchise requirements
- Repair diagnosed vehicles, replace parts, lubricants and consumables where required
- Record all service and repair operations as required by the company and the manufacturer
- Work in a safe and professional manor, operating to health and safety standards
- Identify additional work and maintenance requirements on customer vehicles using an established EVHC process
- Qualified to NVQ level 3 as a basic and have qualifications in Diagnostic proficiency.
- Have at least 2 years' experience of working in a Franchise Dealership (or similar)
- The ideal Candidate will be invested in, taking you to Master Technician Qualification.
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Take responsibility for the safety, standard and quantity of their work
- Hold a full UK driving licence

We require an Automotive Master/Diagnostic Vehicle Technician of the highest calibre to join our busy Aftersales department at our Skoda Dealership in Birmingham. We offer a superb opportunity to the right person who is able to demonstrate a successful track record (ideally within the automotive franchise industry although not necessary as full training will be provided).
Role and Responsibilities:
Carry out General repairs and servicing when and if required.

The successful applicant will be highly motivated, efficient and organised. This position is within a busy workshop environment, as such, you will be provided with a competitive remuneration package as well as industry-leading product and manufacturer training. This is a full-time position that includes 24 days' annual leave, raising to 25 with longevity of service.
