Team Leader - Home Care at Specialist Care TeamWe are looking for Home Care Team Leaders to join our team, delivering home care services in Morecambe and the surrounding area.

Free DBS / Free Uniform
This is a client-focused role, so you will be involved in day-to-day client care, but you will also receive office time where you will lead in areas such as support planning and staff development.
Welcoming new clients to the service, which includes completing assessments and care plansPlanning the service for clients (including keeping care plans up to date)
Establishing a personal connection with clients (and their team members) to ensure they are happy and content with the service
Working directly with clients to meet their care needs
Responsible for promoting and safeguarding the wellbeing of service users
Providing leadership to front-line care staff through supervisions and appraisals
Firstly, we are looking for a customer-focused person who has a commitment to quality of care while achieving business objectives
It is essential that you have a driving licence and access to a car
Previous experience in the care sector is preferred.
Becoming a Team Leader could be the start of your career at the Specialist Care Team.
