    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate on SalesForce (SF) updates with the team to identify new opportunities efficiently
    • Assist in organizing and facilitating Sales meetings, presentations, and briefings
    • Manage communication between Pre-Sales, Sales, and Delivery teams during weekly meetings
    • Support Operations and Forecasting activities, including report generation and working closely with colleagues
    • Facilitate handover between Sales and Delivery teams by collaborating with project managers and senior engineers
    • Understand and adhere to PMO and administrative processes
    • Contribute to work package and proposal writing as needed

    Skills and Experience

    • Driven and ambitious attitude
    • Proficient in tech tools like MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn SalesForce
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Highly organized with the capability to manage a busy schedule effectively
    • Key expertise in SalesForce for data-driven forecasting and reporting

    Note: Security Clearance is required for this role. Candidates will undergo a Baseline Personnel Security Standard check as part of the onboarding process.
