- Previous HR experience at a HR Advisor level with CIPD qualification or equivalent

The position reports to our HR Business Partner – Operations and is stand-alone at our Leeds site, however, you will work closely with the wider HR team at other sites.
Your Responsibilities * Providing first line generalist HR advice and support to employees on terms and conditions of employment and HR policies and procedures * Offering advice and guidance on employee relations - performance, discipline, grievance, including policy/procedure and legislation, attending formal investigations and hearings * Managing absence and attendance data, acting as the first-stage support for managers and liaising with occupational health * Managing family-friendly policies and procedures i.e.
flexible working requests, maternity, paternity, adoption leave * Managing the leavers process i.e.exit interviews, liaising with payroll and sending out relevant correspondence * Undertaking recruitment, selection and onboarding activities, including interviewsThe ideal candidate will have:
