    Description

    Rapidly expanding financial services firm based in the Docklands, are looking to bring onboard a NEW Senior Broker/Head of Insurance.

    As the Senior Broker/Head of Insurance, you will be the driving force behind our client's brokerage operations, overseeing client engagement, team management, and strategic development.

    We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in insurance broking, exceptional leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to facilitate the continued growth of our client's business.

    Develop and execute a strategic vision for the insurance broking division, aligning with the company's overall goals.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with all clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and service levels are exceeded.

    Train and develop a high-performing team of insurance brokers.
    Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the team to foster professional growth and excellence.
    Set performance targets and regularly assess team performance against key metrics.
    Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and emerging risks to inform strategic decision-making.
    5+ years of progressive experience in insurance, with a demonstrated track record of leadership.
