- To deal with intake of raw material, ensure product is prepared for production and despatched from site in an efficient manner.
- To operate QA procedures to ensure that products meet appropriate standards for food safety, quality and legality.
- To train MHE operating (Training will be provided) Pay: £11.44 per hour
- To carry out meat in take inspection following the QMS procedures. To ensure all deliveries are to specification and to communicate non-conformances to the QA Department and Department Manager (CCP1).
- To ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety procedures for the use of dangerous machinery.
- To load/unload vehicles in line with relevant health and safety procedures and best practice in a timely manner, to include carrying out the procedure for sealing and unsealing vehicles. To book in all deliveries using Hellenic.
- To move product into relevant areas using MHE in line with company regulations on usage of the same.
- To monitor and control the correct use of scales.
- To ensure accurate rotation of raw material stock.
- To ensure timely delivery of material to relevant production lines. Follow relevant procedures relating to this.
- To ensure all paperwork is completed in line with company procedures.
- To train out MHE operating
- Experience of food production and or warehousing.
- Understanding of FMCG industry.
- Understanding of retailer products and quality standards preferable.
- Experience of successfully managing tasks/projects to completion.
