- Enhance customer journeys, focusing on contact strategies and driving forward innovative ideas to optimise performance of the credit risk portfolio.
- Focus on optimising strategy by developing, designing and amending new and existing strategies.
- General data analysis of customer data and the wider market trends to improve the business' lending.
- Support work on decision systems and automation within the business, occasionally carrying out testing.
- Mentoring and coaching junior analysts.YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong numerate degree from a Russel Group University.
- Proficiency in SAS is essential.
- Previous experience working in the credit risk space, ideally working within collections.
- Experience in motor finance is desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience communicating and working with key stakeholders and wider teams.THE BENEFITS
