    Full-time and permanent position

    Salary:
    Up to £44,000 + Benefits (depending on level of experience, training, and qualification)

    Senior Theatre Practitioner position in the Theatre department
    Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration
    Advanced Scrub Practitioner or Surgical First Assistant qualification for scrub leads)
    Approved/recognized anaesthetic course
    Orthopaedic skill
    Previous experience working within an acute healthcare environment

    Senior Theatre Practitioner Duties:
    Deliver safe quality care for patients during their peri-operative phase of care
    Provide quality planned care for patients during their peri-operative phase of care by ensuring all team members deliver quality patient care by providing appropriate clinical and managerial leadership
    Ensure that patient safety checks are carried out in accordance with the policy and that all practitioners adhere to the policy
    Contribute to quality improvement
    Apply legislation, policies, and procedures correctly
    Achieve agreed objectives and demonstrate Private Hospital Group behaviors at all times
