Description
North British Distillery is one of Scotland's oldest and largest Scotch grain whisky producers.

It is a distillation and warehouse maturation business selling grain spirit - the base for Blended Scotch Whisky - and its by-products.

Almost the entire production of North British grain spirit is sold to customers for blending purposes. Quantities of North British grain whisky are included in many well-known blended brands.

We currently have an excellent opportunity for Shift Operators to join us at our Edinburgh Distillery. The available positions are permanent, full-time roles reporting to the Distillery or Feeds Plant Shift Manager.

The purpose of the role is to assist the Company with all process activity associated with the safe and efficient production of new make spirit as required by the Distillery, or with production of pelletised animal feed as required by the Feeds Plant.
