    Description

    Selecta is the European leader of Tech-enabled retail, leading the way in unattended Food & Beverage solutions and Specialist Coffee services. We are hiring a high-achieving strategic Regional Account Manager to manage a patch in London, supporting the retention and growth of Key Accounts through robust Account plans, whilst impacting NPS feedback positively. You'll be joining an established collaborative Sales team, working with a business model that breeds success and overachievement, plus given the autonomy to run your own client base.

    Each opportunity is different and bespoke, with a focus on needs-based selling. Every day is different which takes the monotony and boredom out of the work week Our Account Managers build strategic plans that deliver client retention and contract renewals, plus expanding the base through successful networking and new business wins: as with all Sales roles you'll be targeted.

    Requirements

    • Seasoned B2B Sales experience, with evidence of growing Accounts and exceeding targets
    • Highly collaborative and forward thinking- Must build long-term Account Plans and deliver client satisfaction
    • Strong Financial acumen- comfortable managing large volumes of excel data, really good at calculating profitability on complex deals and talking numbers
    • Brilliant at Presentations- Creative, able to translate innovation/abstract concepts into tangible solutions for clients, strong at presenting facts and figures both visually and orally
    • Goal orientated, Determined, Positive, Problem-Solver – you should embody these qualities
    • Have full accountability for multi-million-pound account P&L's, with all detail fully understood, so that solutions can be identified to make improvements where necessary.
    • Analyse account performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, whilst continually adapting the actions or direction required to ensure your accounts perform for Client and Selecta.
    • Develop strategies and tools to ensure each account is managed effectively and influencing internal departments that are impacted.
    • Develop contacts and build relationships with key decision makers and influencers within each account, to ensure each account can be managed effectively.
    • Ensure all activity is documented within Sales Force system, to provide full visibility to the business.
    • Ensure all new machine placements or changes to contract are successfully mobilised in line with client requirements, by ensuring all internal processes are completed on time and the client is always kept in close communication.
    • To lead and facilitate client business reviews on a monthly or quarterly basis in a professional manner, whilst building a strong rapport with the client, to ensure we are their best business partner. Easy to work with, whilst delivering impressive results.
    • Ability to network across all industries to drive growth.
