We have an amazing opportunity for a Waiter or Waitress to join our team in Bar 31, located within the ground floor of Shangri-La The Shard, London, on St.

Thomas Street.

Catering to locals and tourists alike, Bar 31 combines a casual and relaxed atmosphere with the luxury and attention to detail found in Shangri-La.

The bar's neighbours happen to be some of London's most skilled growers, producers and designers in the city.

Sourcing craft beers from nearby Bermondsey breweries and delicious bites made with locally sourced ingredients from Borough Market, Bar 31 serves the very best of London.

Who we're looking for:

Someone with a pleasant and welcoming manner
Knowledge of Food & Beverage systems
Experience in Bar, Restaurant or Gastro Pub
Flexibility and reliability
Oral and written fluency in English
Confidence in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment
