As the Group Financial Accountant at Apadmi your primary responsibility is maintaining accurate financial records and reports in compliance with statutory regulations.
This includes overseeing day-to-day financial operations, preparing statements, conducting audits for transparency, and managing group consolidations.Collaborating across departments, your role ensures financial integrity and actively supports the organisation's growth objectives.
Production of Group consolidated accounts on a monthly basis
Responsible for Annual Financial Audit of Group and reporting of Annual Results to Board and Funders/Investors
Lead the Financial Due Diligence process for PE fundraising in 2023
Responsible for Group Tax position including submissions, forecasting and ways of reducing Group tax in a compliant manner
Supporting CFO in due diligence on future acquisitions
Liaison point for review of monthly Accounts/Forecasts for non UK entities.
Developing and managing financial systems/policies/control across the business
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Advanced excel skills
