    Description

    Group Risk Support Specialist

    Are you passionate about Group Risk Policies? We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. If you have experience or knowledge in Group Income Protection, Group Life Insurance, Group Critical Illness, Employee Benefits, or Group Death in Service Pension, we want to hear from you!

    As a Customer Support Specialist, you will provide essential office-based support for our Group Risk Sales Consultants. Your responsibilities will include managing client portfolios, interacting with clients and providers, and ensuring all processes run smoothly.

    • Develop and maintain professional relationships with Sales Executives, Clients, and Insurers
    • Act as the first point of contact for all administrative tasks and queries
    • Independently handle client and insurer queries proactively and efficiently
    • Coordinate various administrative tasks such as invoicing, claims, and communication
    • Ensure accuracy in data collection and assist with data analysis
    • Prepare client reports and handle all correspondence

    General Responsibilities:

    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers
    • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
    • Stay updated with industry developments and undertake necessary training
    • Proactively suggest and implement process improvements
    • Adapt to any ad-hoc tasks required by the company
