- Establish relationships with contractors, fabricators, and yards
- Act as the subcontracts manager within the project management team
- Develop fabrication strategies and recommendations for senior management approval
- Acquire fabrication and construction services for renewables projects
- Draft and negotiate subcontracts for construction works
- Manage fabrication subcontracts during project execution
- Represent Aker Solutions as the client liaison with subcontractors
- Coordinate with construction site teams managing the contractor on the fabrication site
- Ensure subcontractors meet Aker Solutions' requirements
- Handle claims and changes in subcontracts during execution
- Degree in engineering, business, or related field
- Prior experience in offshore construction works
- Familiarity with common contract standards
- Minimum 5 years experience in offshore EPCI projects
- Understanding of interfaces and interdependencies in EPCI projects
- Leadership experience and ability to build relationships
