- Lead and manage audit engagements, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Review financial statements and supporting documentation to evaluate accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Supervise and mentor junior auditors, providing guidance and support
- Identify control deficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations effectively to clients
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Stay up to date with changes in accounting standards and industry best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CPA
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using audit software and Microsoft Office applications
- Salary: negotiable.
