    Description

    The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership and long-term planning of the business in respect of financial performance management and commercial development of the Company.

    This also includes the Digital/IT strategy development and implementation and driving change across the business. This is a Board level appointment with the Company Director responsibilities.


    ResponsibilitiesnResponsible for the development of financial systems and the reporting structure and production of management accounting systems with the aim of providing a standard format to the Board.nContract management, contract management and commercial development with the aim of increasing revenue growth and profitability which can be injected back into the business for the benefit of patients and shareholders.nRecommendations to the Board of the staffing structure and systems required to deliver the company's financial, performance and IT strategy.

    Qualifications

    Qualified Accountant holding ACCA, CIMA or ACAnSenior Management experience at Director level in either a commercial organisation or public sectornDemonstrated experience in identifying business opportunities and providing data driven recommendations informed by business neednDeveloped and implemented a strategic Digital/IT strategy with evidence-based people and business benefitsnStrong communication and analytical skills

    This role is PT (4 days prorata) - 3 days on-site is required
