    As a result of this proposition we're seeking an experienced Property & Casualty Senior Underwriter to join us on our journey.

    As a result of this proposition we're seeking an experienced Property & Casualty Senior Underwriter to join us on our journey.

    Allianz Commercial has an ambition to grow significantly over the coming years and the development of our offering to satisfy and support the increasing demand from customers with a turnover in excess of £500m is a key aspect of the growth aspiration.

    At Allianz Commercial we combine specialist expertise and global reach with high levels of AA rated underwriting capacity to industry specific exposures.

    This allows us to establish a reputation as leaders of some of the largest and most complex risks in the market.

    This role will play a key part in the continued development of our offering to our clients, including driving and building key relationships across our market as we look to satisfy our clients' needs and grow the account.

    It will also mean strong collaboration across the Allianz Commercial family working to create opportunities across the mid, large corporate space including multinational aspects.

    The role will require strong technical underwriting knowledge in the Property and/or Casualty lines of business, as you will be responsible for underwriting key accounts, driving intelligent new business growth and acting as a senior authority holder within the business.

    Acting as a Senior Authority holder focussed on winning and retaining business of a large and complex nature
    To be visible in the local market, you will thrive on face to face contact with brokers and end customers
    To achieve agreed financial and operational performance targets
    Outstanding technical underwriting skills in commercial property and/or casualty writing
    ~£Proven track record of dealing with large and/or complex risks
    ~ Capable of leveraging data and analytics
    ~ Full working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
