Description

Part Time Fixed Term Contract: 6 months, with potential to become permanent.


This is a unique opportunity to work for an HR Consultancy with a mixture of working on the Consultancy internal documents and supporting clients with HR administrative tasks.


The role offers hybrid working; Monday based in Hinckley, Leicestershire, and Wednesday/Friday - working from home, but flexibility will be required in terms of days needed in the office.


What we need from you as a HR Administrator:

  • A minimum of 2 years HR administration experience
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to deal with clients in a confidential and tactful manner
  • Selfmotivated and flexible approach to work
  • Experience of administering and running reports from HR Information system
  • Good level of IT experience, in particular with MS Office

Desirable but not essential:


  • A CIPD L3 qualification
  • Have an understanding of Data Protection
  • Drivers licence with access to your own vehicle

What the role involves:


You will be working alongside the Managing Director and HR Adviser, the HR Administrator will support the development of toolkits, template documents and forms for both internal and client use, adapting and branding documents as appropriate.


Duties include but are not limited to:


  • Support the HR Adviser in drafting new processes, toolkits, forms, letters, template documents
  • Brand and customise documents
  • Maintain inhouse electronic filing systems
  • Take minutes of investigations, disciplinary, grievance and consultation meetings
  • Manage, scan and file documents ensuring electronic filing system is kept up to date
  • Ensure documents are filed and destroyed in accordance with GDPR retention periods and client requirements
  • Manage team inboxes

Salary/hours:
£12 per hour, paid monthly on last working day of month. Working part time, 12 hours per week initially, working Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 10am - 2pm.
