This is a Hybrid working role which will be based at either our Leeds or Manchester office, majority of days will though be Remote.
As an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will provide 3rd line support for any escalated issues from the IT service desk.
You will have experience of providing 3rd line support and troubleshooting Active Directory based environments with a strong working knowledge of networking with:Ability to work under pressureAbility to provide remote supportTeam player willing to accept and suggest ideasStrong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skillsHave a genuine interest of the IT sector with the ability to suggest and implement new technologies as they immerge.
