- Bachelorsdegree in English or a related field
- Teachingcertification and relevant teachingexperience
- Proven experience as a Head ofEnglish or in a similar leadershiprole
- Outstanding knowledge and understanding ofthe English curriculum
- Strong leadership andmanagement skills
- Ability to inspire andmotivate students and staff
