- Planand deliver engaging and challenging RE lessons in accordance withthe national curriculum.
- Create a positive andinclusive learning environment that encourages studentparticipation and fosters respect for different religiousbeliefs.
- Assess and monitor student progressproviding timely feedback and support to ensure their academicgrowth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to developand implement effective teaching strategies andresources.
- Maintain accurate records of studentattendance behaviour and achievement.
- Attendparentteacher meetings and provide regular communication toparents/guardians regarding studentprogress.
- Participate in staff meetingstraining sessions and professional development opportunities toenhance teaching skills and stay updated with educationaldevelopments.
- QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS) or equivalentcertification.
- Proven experience as an RETeacher preferably within a primary or secondary schoolsetting.
- Indepth knowledge of religiouseducation religious beliefs andvalues.
- Familiarity with the nationalcurriculum guidelines for RE.
- Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage withstudents parents/guardians andcolleagues.
- Excellent classroom managementskills to create a positive and conducive learningenvironment.
- Ability to differentiateinstruction to meet the diverse needs ofstudents.
- Commitment to continuous professionaldevelopment and keeping updated with latest teaching methodologiesandpractices.
