    A leading UK bank who has made their mark as being a specialist lender and savings bank are recruiting within the treasury department due the development of a new Asset & Liability Management team, which will form part of a wider Balance Sheet Management team.

    Role Description

    • As a key contributor you will work closely with the Liquidity & Funding and the IRRBB teams to identify and source appropriate data from the business lines and Risk to then effectively build tools to enhance the bank's approach to Balance Sheet Management.

    Role Requirements

    • Experience working with data warehouses and large data sets
    • Data savvy skills with the ability to create data models and improve processes (e.g. SQL, VBA, etc)
    • Ability to analyse different asset and liability products offered and their distinct finance behaviours and characteristics

This person will play a key role in driving the strategy of Treasury going forward and will be responsible for implementing and driving change and improvement projects
