Description
Are you a Customer Support Administrator who can speak another European language too?Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Responsible for providing a first class service to customers, ensuring that all orders are processed and general enquiries, queries or complaints are followed through to completion
- Proactively managing relationships, understanding customer needs
- Process customer orders and offer proactive advice and solutions in line with specific SLA's whilst considering all other stakeholders and any potential commercial impacts
- Ensure the internal systems are updated at all times
You must have experience of working in a customer service role, where you are dealing with orders and queries, while working to a high standard at all times.
Ideally you will have a basic understanding of warehouse, production or supply chain processes,with an ability to work with mínimal supervision.
You will have an understanding of working to SLAs and must be confident in your ability to prioritise your own workload and duties in line with business needs.
The hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.Other benefits include a bonus scheme based on business performance, private health care, 25 days annual leave with company shut down at Christmas (you would use A/L daysfor this unless you have completed 5 years of service then these days for Christmas closure are gifted for free), free on-site parking, death in service and employee suggestion scheme, plus more Salary for this position is £25,000.
