    Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Client Liaison

    Company: Dynamic Wealth Management Practise

    Location: Edinburgh

    Salary: £22,500 - £24,000 per year

    Contract: Permanent, Full-time - Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm

    Are you an ambitious and resourceful graduate looking for an engaging position in a buzzing Wealth Management Firm? Our Client is in need of an Administrative Assistant to deliver extensive support to a group of Financial Advisers. This is a fantastic chance to become part of a small independent business operating within the highly reputable Wealth Management network that offers room for advancement.

    Role Overview:

    • Processing daily business transactions
    • Managing and addressing email inquiries
    • Procuring and managing office essentials
    • Assisting fee earners with their duties
    • Maintaining precise spreadsheets and databases
    • Dealing with client inquiries via phone, email, and post
    • Cultivating client relationships to anticipate their requirements
    • Conducting audio typing, scanning, and filing duties
    • Aiding in organizing client meetings
    • Arranging schedules and appointments
    • Backing various personal and corporate projects

    To excel in this role, you must possess self-motivation, multitasking abilities, and adaptability to a dynamic work environment. While past administrative experience is desirable, training and assistance will be provided to the suitable candidate. Proficiency in computer skills along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills are crucial.
