Fire Door & Compartmentation Inspector - Firas, BM Trada, BRE or Equivalent Trained Inspector

Total Protection (Fire and Sealing) Ltd. - Chelmsford, Essex.
A great opportunity has come available to add a new member to our team.

We are a growing company within a group of business' committed to unparallel service and the further growth of the division.

We have an offering an exciting opportunity to an individual to work with the Survey manager for a role within the passive fire and sealing business.

Duties Involved:
Fire Door Inspection and Fire Stopping & Compartmentation Surveys

Responsibilities to include:

Completing invasive and visual inspections of fire doors and fire stopping your findings in line with current regulations and test data
Can collate reports on the findings and detail works required to achieve compliance.
Experience in measuring fire doors for manufacturing.
Able to work targets and ensure deadlines are met.

Person Specification

3rd party certification in the inspection of fire doors and fire stopping through Firas, BM Trada or BRE or Equivalent a requirement.
Full driving licence and Vehicle
Strong communication skills
Previous fire door installation experience would be an advantage.
Willing to work across the full Southeast of England, may require some hotel stays.

Day Rate:

DOE

Technical knowledge of both fire door suppliers and products
Strong Computer Software Capabilities (Excel, Word etc, Boris software knowledge is not essential but preferred.)
The ability to monitor our recording software to assist managers in the day to day running of their jobs.
Ensure processes and procedures and being adhered to or implemented.
Experience dealing with Customers and Providing Excellent Customer Service.

£165.00-£200.00 per day
