- Accounting qualification

- Managing cash flow
- Input and payment of supplier invoices
- Prepare monthly sales / Cost of sales report
- Prepare monthly management accounts pack for internal and Group use
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Credit control
- Responsible for preparation of monthly payroll and submission to external provider for processing
- Manage and reconcile all bank payments and transactions
- Prepare Annual Budgets in conjunction with UK General Manager and Management Team
- Main point of contact for annual financial audit by company's appointed accountants
- Management of Intercompany balances
- Preparing quarterly VAT returns
- Liaison with the company's external accountants, group Finance team, suppliers, customers and third parties as required
- Prepare monthly accruals, prepayments and accounting entries
- Support year-end accounts consolidation for Group
- Contracts/legal including leases and management of local insurance policies.
- Develop relationships with external providers e.g., auditors, bankers, statutory organisations.
- Review company financial reports and seek ways to reduce costs.
- Other duties typical of a Financial Controller
