    Aston Education is working with a popular and growing 11-18 secondary academy in Southwark, Southeast London (inner London), looking for apermanentAssistant Principal to lead on Teaching and Learning.

    As an Assistant Principal / Assistant Headteacher, you will be responsible for ensuring that lessons provide pupils with a strong educational experience, through the delivery of high quality, consistently delivered learning experiences.

    The Assistant Principal will support in developing a culture of continuous improvement by ensuring professional learning supports teachers to develop their teaching.

    Qualified teacher status (QTS)
    Awareness of national policy and process - e.g. Evidence of improving teaching and learning through previous roles
    Evidence of the ability to plan strategically, translating school wide initiatives into practice
    The school has state-of-the-art facilities and excellent transport links. The school has not been inspected by Ofsted yet.
